The Transnational Corporations Review (TNCR) Editorial Board is pleased to release the best selected papers published from 2009 to 2014 for your review, comments and citations. Established in 2009, TNCR’s target audience is academics, policymakers and industry practitioners who want to keep abreast of the latest in-depth knowledge on globalization, internationalization of firms, transnational corporations’ management, foreign direct investments, institutional innovations, policies and governance, and international trade and development. The journal puts particular emphases on emerging countries and their growing presence in the global economy and, interactions between emerging and developed country firms. TNCR is supported by the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment at Columbia University in the United States, the Investment Analysis Center at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Switzerland, and Stephen-A.-Jarislowsky Chair in International Business at Laval University in Canada.
